Writing

I went to college for journalism, and for much of my life, in addition to my day job, I was a technology journalist—sometimes paid, sometimes not. An archive of some of my articles is available on a site called “Muck Rack.” It contains links to pieces I wrote for outlets like Macworld magazine, Fast Company, The Mac Observer, and some of my own sites (which may not still be available at the time you read this.)

Covering technology and meeting the people involved in creating it was tremendously rewarding in all ways except financial. And while it was a blast and led to work I’m proud of and experiences I wouldn’t trade for the world, I far prefer doing what I do now.
